At the livecamming studio Charm Studios our models are earning between 500$ and 20.000$ per month. In order to optimize the earnings it is necessary to follow certain well-established steps. It is obvious that every path to success has its duration and efforts, efforts that our livecamming studio will simplify. The model commission varies depending on the model’s performance. In addition, in order to assist every model raise their earnings to the maximum level, we hired the best trainers. They attended, together with their managers, to numerous training courses in the country and abroad, in order to assist models in becoming the best in this field.

The working hours at Charm Studios are flexible, each model being free to choose her own program according to their own needs and requirements. This way we develop the freedom of choice and at the same time we keep the balance in the employee’s life.

The payment methods in the livecamming studio Charm Studios are various, by meeting the models’ request and offering them multiple payment options. Following the interview we can even agree on a weekly payment for a period of time. The standard payment method in our studio is bi-monthly and it is always made on time, on the days well established in the Individual Employment Agreement and even right at the same time. We don’t work chaotically!  We pay like a Swiss watch and all payments are transparent and easy to calculate.
